Dear Immersive Van Gogh New York ticket holder,
I am writing today to, unfortunately, inform you of a change of date for your tickets to immersive Van Gogh.
Due to a scheduling conflict that was beyond our control, Immersive Van Gogh will finish its summer run at Pier 36 on August 29th. Immersive Van Gogh will return to Pier 36 in Mid November for a run through Christmas.
Your tickets have been rescheduled, and you should receive your new tickets from Universe.com. Please check your spam/junk/promotions folders as the tickets do sometimes get filtered there.
If your new time does not work for you, here are some options:
- You may reschedule to a date and time that works for your prior to Aug 29th by following the rescheduling instructions below.
- You may reschedule to a time in November or December— you will receive an email in the next two weeks allowing you to do so before tickets for these dates go on sale to the public. Please follow the rescheduling instructions below and indicate that you would like to attend in November or December.
- You may request an immediate refund by emailing ticketing@vangoghnyc.com
