Peak is generally evenings and all-day Saturday & Sundays
American Express Access – Immersive Van Gogh (PRIME) timeslots are generally Saturday & Sunday mid afternoon. Eligible American Express® Card Members have exclusive American Express Access to select timed entry time slots each week. Terms Apply.

BASIC Tickets include
- Standard admission
- Arrival window of +/- 20 mins of your scheduled attendance start time
Child (6-16yrs) Tickets include
- Ages 6-16 (children 5 and under do not require a ticket)
- Admission only
Child tickets are not subject to change of date fees.
The exhibit does have loud music and ear protection especially for children is advised. Ear plugs are available at the gallery.
There are no refunds of tickets for the exhibit.
